The location is central, just next door to the beach, the mall, souvenir shops as well as airport at night. Love visiting new places and it's just a pleasant stroll away from Ocean Plaza Patong. A nice touch is also the good beverages in the poolside bar...

The breakfast was good with regular continental options and awesome taste, for instance and we spent evenings in the poolside bar on-site.

it was surely a such great stay for fun holidays. everything was brand-new, so were awesome views on the mountains. this hotel was set in a central area next to the mountains, halal food, and central festival. it also was in patong.

We got great value for our money at Andatel. The room was lovely, with good air con and a good TV. The location was perfect, close enough to the main area of Patong Beach with shops and restaurants, but far enough away from the noise and crowds. The staff treated us exceptionally well, especially the manager who went above and beyond to help us make our flight on time.

The morning meal could have been better if there were more options for hot food.

Honestly no complains at all. Possibly the best and real good stay on vacation. Great breakfast selection with pancakes, regular continental options including pancakes and awesome taste, reasonably priced. Extremely helpful staff with smiles.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at this great hotel. Despite a slight hiccup at check-in, the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to a pool access room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and Bangla street. The breakfast was amazing and the room was cleaned daily. The pools were well-maintained and the hotel's security was top-notch. it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this budget hotel.

I can't recommend this hotel, because its a construction site. Nothing was ready and everywhere was dirt, paint or something. Our TV was already in a foil. We had to wait 45 minutes for checkIn (at 3 p.m.!). Wifi was not working. And, I don't know why, the stairs are for giants ( i mean: one step is about 50cm.. what is this?) The breakfast-room has no flair and the whole moot in this hotel was not good. Maybe its better in 2 or 3 yars, but now (January 2013) it's not ok for this price.

Central location, amazing base for discovering Patong. Amicable staff, good-sized room with comfortable bed.

Rooms were clean and well air-conditioned. Pools were refreshing. Bed was large and hard. Breakfast and room service staff were friendly and polite. Short walk to the center of town with plenty to do along the way.
